Following the government’s recommendation, we have taken the decision to temporarily close our dealership until the status of the COVID-19 situation leads us to believe that it is safe for us to get back to business and for you to come visit us.
Even though the Quebec Automotive Dealership Corporation has negociated so that we could be labeled an essential service, we at Volvo Laval beleive that the best way to play our part in stopping the spread of the COVID-19 virus and ensure the health of our staff or clients is to close our physical installations.
We do, however, recognize this essential service status, more so when it comes down to our fellow Volvo vehicle owners. If you are in need of urgent mechanical assistance or feel unsafe when it comes to driving your Volvo vehicle, please contact us at 450-682-3336, Ext. 3 or by email at service@volvolaval.com, and we will take any measure possible within our actual limits to help you. We’d also like to remind you that the Volvo roadside assistance service is always available through your Volvo on Call app or at 1-800-263-0475.
We have also taken the necessary measures for our sales consultants to be able to assist you, whether for an active file or a potential transaction.
