Dear clients,
In these turbulent times, we would like to share with you some guidelines for our business operations and efforts to minimize the risk of spreading the COVID-19 virus while maintaining our operations to meet your transportation needs.
- We obviously ask all our employees, partners and customers to respect and apply government standards of social distancing. To this end, we have taken the decision to reduce our staff.
- We ask all of our employees, partners and customers to maintain proper hygiene.
- We ask our customers not to use cash.
- As much as possible, we encourage all communication by e-mail, text, telephone in order to avoid displacements on both sides as well as the risks of community spread of COVID-19.
We also ask anyone with symptoms of the virus or who is in recommended or mandatory quarantine not to come to the dealership.
Our usual services will be maintained while respecting government guidelines. Volvo Laval will make it a point to support and serve you as best as possible within these limits.
