Your Role
Under the supervision of the Sales Manager, you will guide clients through every stage of their purchasing journey:
- Greet every customer with courtesy and professionalism
- Identify their needs and recommend the vehicle best suited to their lifestyle
- Present Volvo’s features, technologies, and unique advantages
- Organize and conduct test drives
- Prepare and negotiate sales offers through to closing
- Ensure attentive follow-up after delivery to guarantee complete customer satisfaction
- Actively participate in brand training and events
- Collaborate with financing, detailing, and after-sales service teams
Profile Sought
- Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive sales or luxury retail (strong asset)
- Exceptional customer service skills and strong listening ability
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Passion for automobiles, design, and innovation
- Team spirit and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
