Your Role
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for guiding our clients through every step of their purchase journey:
- Welcome each customer with courtesy and professionalism
- Identify their needs and recommend the vehicle that best suits their lifestyle
- Present the features, technologies, and unique advantages of the Volvo lineup
- Organize and accompany test drives
- Prepare and negotiate sales offers through to final delivery
- Ensure attentive follow-up after delivery to guarantee complete satisfaction
- Actively participate in brand training and events
- Collaborate with the financing, detailing, and after-sales service teams
Profile Sought
- Experience in automotive sales or in the luxury sector (strong asset)
- Outstanding customer service skills and strong listening abilities
- Professional appearance with a positive and polished attitude
- Passion for automobiles, design, and innovation
- Team player with energy and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
