Your Role
The Delivery Specialist is responsible for providing an exceptional delivery experience to customers when handing over their new or pre-owned vehicle. This person acts as a key resource in explaining vehicle features, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting the sales team throughout the delivery process.
Responsibilities
- Prepare files and coordinate vehicle deliveries with various departments
- Deliver new and pre-owned vehicles to customers
- Present vehicle features, technologies, and options in detail
- Configure vehicle systems with customers (Bluetooth, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, driver profiles, applications, etc.)
- Ensure all required documentation is signed and completed prior to delivery
- Verify that the vehicle is clean, ready, and meets dealership standards before handover to the customer
- Answer customer questions regarding vehicle use and maintenance
- Conduct post-delivery follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the Sales, Finance, and Service departments to ensure a seamless and professional customer experience
- Stay up to date on manufacturer products, technologies, and promotions
- Follow dealership policies and procedures
- Perform any other related duties as required
Profile We Are Looking For
- Minimum of 1 year of vehicle delivery experience
- Exceptional customer service skills with strong listening abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable with technology and automotive multimedia systems
- Ability to provide professional and personalized service
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license
